Use your free plays. Telkom sends an SMS when your plays are ready, with instructions on how to take part.
Plays expire after seven days, according to Telkom’s guide. Once your SMS arrives, check the expiry and make time to play.
Joining from another mobile network? You’ll need an active Telkom SIM and a qualifying purchase before using the Telkom Mobile entry route.
On contract? Check what qualifies
Contract customers also have ways to participate. Telkom’s campaign rules list new mobile contracts, upgrades and qualifying recharges or bundle purchases of R29 or more as entry triggers.

Free Telkom-to-Telkom calls apply to eligible calls within Telkom’s network. Calls to other networks depend on your package’s all-network minutes or applicable rates. WhatsApp and other app-based calls use data or WiFi.
Also remember that a qualifying airtime recharge for Tap2Win and a bundle purchase that includes free calls are different benefits. Check that your chosen purchase gives you the extras you want.
Make room for the rewards you win
A grocery voucher could help with a holiday shop, while extra data could come in handy when you’re away from home. Before redeeming a reward, read the SMS and any supplier conditions carefully.
